About The Position

As a Expert Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead quality activities that ensure custom manufactured and fabricated assemblies meet design intent, functional requirements, and customer specifications. You will be a technical leader for GD&T and measurement practices, support the Quality Management System (QMS), manage PDM/drafting process improvements, and play an active role in shop/fabrication inspections, prototype testing, and supplier quality.

Requirements

Proficiency in manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement.
Extensive Experience in quality engineering and Six Sigma methodologies.
Advanced skills in GD&T, FEA, and project management.
Capability in process improvement, validation, and quality control.
Experience with SPC and quality assurance in manufacturing/fabrication environments.
Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
5+ years of relevant quality assurance or quality engineering experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
Proven skills in GD&T and drawing interpretation for complex assemblies.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
Certifications such as ASQ CQE or CSQE, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

Responsibilities
