About The Position

This job involves leading and coordinating the development of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, focusing on enhancing productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires collaboration with various teams including engineering, sales, and quality to manage equipment needs, tooling, and technical issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, developing new manufacturing plans, implementing cost-saving and quality improvement measures, and maintaining ISO standard documentation. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical), at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and MS Office. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical), or related field (required)
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience (required)
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD (required)
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
