Pipeline Management & Sales Operations Own end-to-end management of the Win Checkout sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression tracking Develop and maintain comprehensive pipeline reporting and analytics to provide visibility into sales performance and trends Create standardized processes for deal evaluation, approval workflows, and stage-gate progression Monitor deal velocity and identify bottlenecks that could impact revenue targets Serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other key teams Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and dependencies Develop senior stakeholder reporting and create materials for driving weekly steering committee meetings Drive accountability across teams by establishing clear ownership, deliverables, and deadlines Escalate blockers and resource constraints to leadership with proposed solutions Develop frameworks for deal prioritization based on strategic value, implementation complexity, and resource requirements - translate into pipeline Ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate, timely information needed for decision-making
