It manages engineering expertise in data networking, system administration, security, and wireless networking to address business customer needs. The role differentiates by combining deep IT knowledge with wireless domain expertise to support both customers and internal engineering teams. Success is measured by effective team leadership, customer engagement, and contribution to sales outcomes. The work impacts organizational growth by enabling sales teams to close key accounts and maintain strategic partnerships with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4-7 years - Wireless technology with broad understanding of product development, marketing, sales and service models.
  • Prior Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers to support sales efforts across channel partner segments
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise that facilitates closing key customer accounts
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams including engineering, product development, marketing, and training to align objectives
  • Drive initiatives focused on profitability and growth within enterprise and mid-market account bases
  • Participate in senior-level presentations to strategic customers to support sales leadership and customer engagement
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
