About The Position

At Hasbro, our mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through the wonder of storytelling and exhilaration of play. We’re looking for adventurous and curious people who want to explore, experiment, and innovate to come up with the best ideas. Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come. Great visual craft isn't decoration — it's how fans find, feel, and fall in love with the IP they grew up with. We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Visual Design to drive visual execution across the Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast DTC ecosystem — from ecommerce storefronts and mobile merchandising to paid social, email, and campaign landing pages — shaping how fans experience and shop our brands online. This is a player/coach role where you'll grow a team of designers while staying hands-on for key launches and high-visibility moments! This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our Boston, MA office. We move fast, hold a high bar, and take mobile seriously — because that's where our fans shop. Our team translates creative direction into scalable, performance-optimized assets, ensuring visual consistency while delivering on time across multiple workstreams. Our team owns the connection between creative and performance — running A/B tests, driving conversion-focused execution, and applying insights iteratively so the customer experience keeps getting better. On the team side, our design managers provide clear craft-level feedback, oversee sprint planning and workload allocation, and step in hands-on when launches demand it. We also work closely with UX/UI, Merchandising, Product, and Engineering — maintaining Figma libraries, contributing to design system governance, and keeping production running smoothly across a high-volume environment.
