This position requires an automotive professional with 10+ years relevant experience planning and organizing tests for design and production validation. Our ideal candidate exhibits a strong drive, an organized mindset, and has had prior experience bringing electric vehicles to production. We need a driven and meticulous individual to take responsibility of the “Product Development Cycle” for the whole vehicle and drive all testing across Lucid to completion. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. Key Projects on Time: Future Vehicle Program planning Early Development of Vehicle Programs Maintain Programs in production Tool & Processes to support the Company (JIRA, Budget, Program Management, OKRs etc) Global Brand Awareness: Media Campaign support Internal team Brand promotion Customer Experience & Customer Experience Link with Field Service Team to collaborate and support issue resolution Retain and Reinforce Tech Leadership in Electric Powertrain and Vehicle Engineering Advise on all technology partnerships Support Integration, planning, build, development and Sign Off for Tech programs Build a Differentiated Midsize Platform Support planning, alignment, communication and collaboration in planning and early testing Build CDVP for Midsize program collating all teams testing Accelerate Strategic & Financial Return: Capitalize on growth opportunities while rigorously engaging in cost down and cost control activities People Processes Tools and Product Lectures & candidate referral, internship, Graduate programs Internal and External team meetings and alignments Attending/Presenting conferences Career Development plans Stakeholder maps
