About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Campaign Programs, to lead the execution of Openprise’s integrated demand generation programs. This is a high-impact role for someone who is deeply operational, highly analytical, technically fluent, and results-oriented. You’ll turn frameworks, messaging, and GTM priorities into high-performing, repeatable programs that drive pipeline and revenue. You will manage both digital and field programs, partner closely with Ops and Sales, and help build the scalable campaign engine that powers Openprise’s growth. You’re not just running campaigns, you’re building infrastructure. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. THE POSITION IS BASED IN SAN MATEO, CA. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR OFFICE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketing
  • Minimum 2 years in a Senior Manager-level campaign or program management role
  • Proven experience managing enterprise and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid search and social, lifecycle and email marketing, and website conversion optimization
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Ops
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with ABM, field marketing, attribution modeling, and revenue analytics
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and ROI-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external partners is a plus
  • Background in B2B SaaS, data, AI, or enterprise technology preferred

Responsibilities

  • Campaign execution – Plan, launch, and optimize integrated digital and field marketing programs across email, paid media, web/digital, and events.
  • Program management – Own campaign calendars, timelines, budgets, workflows, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
  • GTM enablement – Translate demand generation strategy into scalable, repeatable programs that support a wide range of PLG-to-Enterprise motions.
  • Performance & ROI – Track, analyze, and improve pipeline, conversion, CAC, and revenue impact across all campaigns.
  • Process & playbooks – Build and maintain scalable campaign frameworks, best practices, and documentation.
  • Continuous improvement – Apply insights, benchmarks, and experimentation to continuously raise campaign performance.
  • Cross-functional leadership – Partner with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Web, Ops, and Sales to align messaging and execution.
  • Marketing Ops & technology – Partner with Ops to ensure clean data, accurate attribution, effective automation, and optimal use of platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, analytics, and paid media tools.
  • Problem solving & innovation – Proactively identify risks, resolve execution issues, and test new channels and approaches.
