About The Position

Twitch is the world's biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. It is where thousands of communities come together for whatever, every day. Twitch offers brands the opportunity to reach uniquely engaged audiences through Video, Audio and Display advertising; through custom content integration and event sponsorships. This role currently requires a minimum of five days working from the assigned office a week and will require travel as needed. As a Sr. Sales Manager on our Twitch team, you will use your 10+ years' experience selling and managing digital advertising solutions to the Fortune 500 C-Level and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale the team's category's domestic revenues. With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the digital advertising world, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will manage a team and act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.

Requirements

10+ years of sales experience
Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
Experience consistently closing sales and generating revenues
5+ years of sales management experience

Nice To Haves

Experience Driving the sales management process as well as playing a hands-on role in driving sales
Experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
