We are seeking a Language Strategy & Translation Automation Senior Manager within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team to play a key role in shaping the future of service delivery across the enterprise. In this role, you will establish Language Translation as a service for the enterprise, including Translation automation (leveraging AI-based translation tools) and trusted translations. You’ll work together with the Service Experience Lead and the functional teams to define and govern language strategy across the enterprise, for both system and content languages.
