The Senior Manager Total Rewards Programs will oversee the comprehensive design, implementation, and administration of various total rewards offerings. The incumbent will have specific oversight of programs like our mobility/relocation program, paid time off (PTO) policies, and will play a key role in collective bargaining agreement (CBA) review and administration. The Senior Manager Total Rewards Programs will ensure our total rewards programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational strategy while enhancing employee experience and supporting business objectives.
