About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Total Rewards Programs supports the implementation and administration of key Total Rewards offerings. The incumbent will help ensure our total rewards programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational strategy while enhancing employee experience and supporting business objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in HR with proven experience in total rewards programs.
  • Experience working with collective bargaining agreements and union negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations affecting total rewards programs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change and improving processes.
  • Experience working in large, complex, dynamic organizations with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach, and the ability and tolerance to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Working within a fast-paced environment.
  • 4 -7 years of progressive experience in HR.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing programs, policies, and procedures to balance employee experience with cost management and operational considerations.
  • Support the execution of enterprise-wide Total Rewards programs, including relocation/mobility and Paid Time Off (PTO), ensuring accurate and consistent application.
  • Review and support analysis of collective bargaining agreements, partnering with Payroll, HR Systems, and HR Business Partners to understand administrative requirements and impacts.
  • Partner with HR and Legal to update programs, policies, and procedures in response to business needs and changes in federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide ongoing data analysis on program performance, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support efforts to improve program efficiency, consistency, and scalability across business units.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
