About The Position

Neurocrine Biosciences is establishing a new function called Technology Enablement & Adoption (TEA), a cornerstone of our mission to empower employees with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to fully leverage technology in their daily work. The Sr. Manager, Technology Enablement & Adoption (TEA) will be responsible for designing, launching, and leading this new program from the ground up. This individual will build and manage a team that drives technology engagement, learning, and adoption across the enterprise — ensuring that Neurocrine realizes the full value of its digital investments. This is a unique opportunity to shape a foundational capability and make a lasting impact on how technology enables our people, processes, and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in technology enablement, digital adoption, learning & development, or change management.
  • OR Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or related field AND 6+ years of experience as noted above
  • OR 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven success designing and implementing enterprise enablement and adoption programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and communication strategies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional communicator in both written and oral communications
  • Understands the business objectives and developing understanding of services and customers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Communicates clearly with leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Operates with ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking, influencing skills.
  • Detail oriented with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, analytics tools) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program Design & Leadership Design and establish the Technology Enablement & Adoption (TEA) program, including its strategy, operating model, governance, and success metrics.
  • Strategic partner with IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and Business Unit leaders to align enablement initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Define frameworks for measuring adoption, user satisfaction, and value realization from digital tools and platforms.
  • People Management Build, lead, and mentor a team of enablement professionals focused on training, communication, user community building, and change management.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented culture within the team and across stakeholder groups.
  • Technology Adoption & Engagement Drive adoption of enterprise technology platforms (e.g., Generative AI tools, Cyber Security, collaboration tools, analytics platforms, automation solutions).
  • Create and manage targeted communication and learning programs to help employees use technology effectively.
  • Cultivate a community network that creates a community of users across all levels to ensure there is engagement, peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing
  • Create and facilitate organizational Hackathons and top-down gamification elements that drive excitement and outcomes Change Management & Communication Develop and implement change management strategies for major technology initiatives.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to craft compelling narratives around the “why” and “how” of technology transformations.
  • Serve as a visible advocate and champion for digital enablement across the organization.
  • Data Insights & Continuous Improvement Establish feedback mechanisms to capture user experience and adoption insights.
  • Leverage data to continuously optimize enablement strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Establish feedback loops and analytics to measure adoption effectiveness, ROI, RWH, and technology utilization trends Report progress through dashboards and scorecards that communicate impact to executives
  • Capture user stories across the company and help to paint a picture of how we are driving literacy, education, and adoption across the company in an efficient manner
