We are seeking a Senior Talent Enablement Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our organization's talent enablement initiatives. This remote role requires a strategic thinker who can help lead the design, development and integration of all end-to-end talent management and leadership development practices and programs across the organization to increase business capability and drive a learning and engagement-centric culture. This leader must develop deep relationships with key business leaders at all levels and peers in the organization for the human resources function to continue to evolve in a manner where it’s viewed by its clients as expert, confident, strategic, effective, and vital to the organization’s success. This involves thoroughly understanding the business strategy, needs and priorities and translating them into practical performance management practices, processes and initiatives and development programs for S&S Activewear. Reporting to the Director of Talent Enablement, he/she will be a critical member of the HR team and will contribute to the strategic direction of the Human Resources function.
