This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for delivering hires for the Blue Operations team with the bulk of the hiring focused on hourly, non-exempt, employees that directly touch our products. The Senior Manager will lead the development of new pipeline channels, candidate engagement and attraction strategies, streamline interview processes, and builds the overall sourcing plan to achieve our delivery goals and enable the businesses to achieve their goal. The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition has a passion for leading a team and is responsible for building and developing a successful talent acquisition team that consistently sources and delivers a pipeline of top-quality talent. This person will manage teams across three locations and time zones (Washington, Alabama, and Florida), making it critical to be a great communicator and to have a focus on team engagement. The Senior Manager establishes clear goals uses data to drive decisions, guide, and manage their team. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
