Location/Division Specific Information: This position is located in Santa Clara, CA, where our dedicated team is devoted to supplying our customers with the bioprocessing equipment necessary to accomplish their scientific objectives. We have a strong dedication to conducting business ethically and are seeking like-minded individuals to join our expanding team. A Day in the Life: Create executable supply plans across all value streams to meet customer demand in a MTO/ETO equipment business. Generate a Material Requirements Plan that supports the build plan and partner with the Procurement Team to address critical raw material constraints. Develop and consistently evaluate inventory management strategies to support business objectives and minimize the risk of excess and obsolete inventory. Collaborate with the Operations Team and other functions to identify and address capacity constraints related to equipment and labor. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Manufacturing and Materials Planners to ensure high engagement and attract top talent. Provide leadership and support for continuous improvement initiatives and long-term strategies to optimize supply chain performance. Facilitate Supply Review and Sales & Operations Execution Meetings to ensure clear communication of risks and opportunities. Represent the Supply Chain function in performance reporting, budget management, strategy contribution, decision-making, and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in the life sciences and capital equipment manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of people leadership and development.
• Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, Oracle, or another major ERP system.
• Ability to build relationships across different parts of the organization: Commercial, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, new product's introduction, material planning, manufacturing/capacity planning and IBP / SIOP processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
