THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Integration is responsible for leading critical supplier-facing supply chain capabilities, including electronic data interchange (EDI), dropship fulfillment, and wholesale replenishment. This role ensures seamless supplier integration, compliance, and performance across channels to enable efficient product flow, improve supplier experience, and deliver on customer and business expectations. The Senior Manager will lead a cross-functional team, partner with IT, Merchandising, and Supply Chain Operations, and drive continuous improvement to scale supplier connectivity and fulfillment excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, supplier operations, or systems integration; at least 3 years in people leadership.
  • Expertise in EDI standards and supplier connectivity (X12, EDIFACT, VANs, APIs).
  • Proven track record in dropship/eCommerce fulfillment and wholesale replenishment, including international expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of customs, import/export compliance, and international logistics preferred.
  • Strong data-driven problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Extensive leadership experience in multiple and/or large-scale project management, preferably within the context of a retail environment or commensurate business experience.
  • Working knowledge of Merchandising and Supply Chain Process Best Practices.
  • Retail background with strong process, and systems acumen.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines while using analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, project team and other departments within the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to translate technical concepts into non- technical terms
  • Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to others. Understands and supports “best in Class” standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the EDI team, supplier dropship operations, and wholesale supply chain specialists.
  • Build a high-performing, customer- and supplier-focused culture with clear accountability for results.
  • Own EDI strategy and execution, including document standards, onboarding, testing, and compliance.
  • Partner with IT and suppliers to evolve connectivity solutions (EDI, API, etc.) that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Establish governance processes to monitor and enforce supplier compliance with company requirements.
  • Manage supplier dropship programs to ensure accurate, on-time, and compliant direct-to-customer shipments.
  • Monitor dropship supplier KPIs (fill rate, on-time shipping, defect rates) and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee customer-facing processes for business-to-business (B2B) replenishment into domestic and international markets
  • Lead the expansion of B2B supply chain capabilities into new international markets, aligning with customs, regulatory, and partner requirements
  • Ensure consistent execution of purchase orders, shipment visibility, labeling, and packaging standards globally.

  • Collaborate with Distribution Centers and Transportation to streamline inbound flow and reduce errors.
  • Use data and analytics to measure supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead initiatives that reduce cost-to-serve, improve speed-to-market, and enhance supplier collaboration.
  • Represent Supplier Operations in strategic planning, supply chain transformation, and governance forums.
