Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc. is hiring Sr. Manager Supply Chain to: Lead a team of supply planner(s) to enable growth in our Data Center GPU business. Manage and monitor the supply position for both NPI and sustaining products and collaborate with key stakeholders and functions on the material flow, capacity support, parametric data, and managing exceptions on a real time basis. Effectively manage supply across multiple functions and geographies. Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planners. Meet KPI for SCM (on-time delivery, revenue attainment, excess and obsolete, etc.) Collaborate with other functions to communicate priorities, strategies, and close operational gaps. Accountable to position supply required to meet new product milestones and demand ramp, while minimizing supply risk. Lead resolution of issues to meet customer success or enable decision. Drive robust tool development to manage complex planning, BOM, and inventory flows. Advocate and drive continuous improvement and change management process design to increase team’s productivity and scale. Direct report: 1 (Supply Chain Specialist 2) Multiple openings. Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or closely related supply chain manager/analyst, or program manager role.
Position requires four (4) years of experience with each of the following technologies and/or skills: 1.Enhancing supply chain and logistics performance through strategic planning, process reengineering, or information technology implementation; 2.Supply chain management processes, such as production allocation or life-cycle costing processes; 3.Using advanced Excel and SQL functions to analyze data to support decision-making; 4.Utilizing supply chain management software solutions to manage demand planning, supply planning, and/or logistics; 5.Implementing new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency or performance; and 6.Defining performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
