The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth. Your Next Pour: The Opportunity This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong collaborative cross-functional partnerships. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting all projects related to financial planning and analysis. This includes consolidations of monthly actual results, forecast, and annual plan as well as providing advanced analytics and insights to drive business performance and support business case development. Additionally, the FP&A Manager will lead the development of presentations to corporate, senior leadership, as well as the board of directors. This role also leads the supply chain capital spend process which includes monitoring results, consolidations, report outs, and leading monthly meetings with supply chain and engineering leaders. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, ability to influence, and strong, collaborative partnership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, results-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in finance or accounting roles, CPG experience a plus
  • Supply Chain finance experience required
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and Think Cell a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely versatile in ambiguous environment with drive for results
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Inquisitive and critical thinker with the ability to drive thought leadership
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Results driven team player with a passion for success
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be located in Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead consolidation of monthly supply chain financials and provide insights into regional and business unit views for leadership to drive business results.
  • Manage development of timely and accurate monthly financial package presentations. Ensuring accurate P&L for all North America COGS and Distribution.
  • Support growth opportunities for new initiatives and investments.
  • Lead global capital planning, approval, and management process, including ROI analysis and business case development.
  • Provide financial support and analysis for short and long-term projects for new product development and innovation business cases.
  • Manage the communication and accuracy of key business metrics in reports and dashboards to drive business performance.
  • Support financial reporting tool development and automation, includes primary financial reporting tool, expense analysis, budget model, scorecards.
  • Provide analytics and reporting to leadership with a high degree of accuracy and forward thinking, and actionable business insights.
  • Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies. Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment.
  • Lead and support activities related to close, forecast, and annual plan (AOP) processes.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative cross-functional partnerships across the organization including corporate finance and accounting, business units, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Drive streamlined reporting, process, and system efficiencies with ERP system/S4 and Power BI.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team of 1-2 direct reports.
