Corbion allows its employees to create their unique stories through the provision of unparalleled personal and professional resources, opportunities and mentorships, in a dynamic culture that promotes care, commitment, collaboration and courage.   As the Sr. Supply Chain Manager, you will manage the scheduling, material planning, and inventory control departments with a strong emphasis on improving the flow of materials involved in manufacturing through analytical process improvements and includes the opportunity to lead major continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Five plus (5+) years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, high-volume manufacturing environment in the food and/or beverage industry preferred including three plus (3+) years in planning and scheduling.
  • Experience in Business Planning and ERP/MRP systems (SAP / OMP preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership capability.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in short notice situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (excel, word, outlook, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all supply chain planning activities, including production scheduling, material planning, raw material call‑off/receiving, inventory control to support manufacturing and customer demand.
  • Own inventory performance by monitoring inventory levels, preparing and communicating inventory metrics, and optimizing working capital while ensuring customer fulfillment and cost efficiency.
  • Evolve, maintain, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and documentation for planning processes and systems, promoting consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Advance supply chain performance improvements by implementing strategies to enhance value chain analysis, optimize OTIF, and improve quality, cost, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead, engage, and develop direct reports by leveraging individual strengths, building leadership capability, and fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team culture.
  • Develop long range goals and objectives for raw materials, inventory, scheduling and purchasing.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with plant leadership, sales, commercial teams, distributors, customers, and vendors to align production plans, supply capabilities, and customer requirements.
  • Serve as a contributor to Totowa’s senior leadership team.
  • Maintain positive attitude. Focus on the customer, teamwork, and quality productivity.  
  • Promote a consistent safety, quality, and customer‑focused mindset by adhering to GMPs, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies, while encouraging safe and efficient work practices.
