As a Senior Manager Strategic Pricing you will be responsible for supervising the management of Alcon’s pricing management solution globally. This role will be the primary business owner for pricing technology which is designed to help businesses streamline their price management process and improve pricing recommendations to commercial teams. This role is primarily responsible for leading pricing projects and initiatives to enhance the company's competitive edge. You will guide teams, develop innovative pricing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing performance and support organizational goals. Specifics include: Ensure successful deployment of pricing technology into new markets; including design support, training, user acceptance testing, and deployment. Lead and coordinate adoption of pricing technology in deployed markets. Business as Usual support team lead. Track performance against agreed milestones and provide periodic updates as required. Collaborate with the business technology partners including Salesforce, Icertis, Designer and SAP product owners to ensure a fully integrated solution. Identify and address organizational barriers to adoption of pricing technology. Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through enhancements to technology or alternative uses of technology. Grow standardization of technology and processes related to price management. Grow capability in annual price planning process across defined region to achieve regional commercial goals. Adapt commercial/pricing strategies for established products to optimize revenue in targeted customer/market segments. Provide regional input into Global Pricing Initiatives.
