The Global Data Team is seeking enthusiastic leaders who are passionate about shaping the future of data around the world. The Sr. Manager, Strategic Business Planning & Operations, plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence across the Global Data Team. This role supports the execution of key business priorities, ensuring strong operational performance across Product and Technology scrum teams through rigorous business analysis, reporting, and governance. The role requires a high level of professionalism, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, strategic and collaborative skills combined with meaningful operational experience and the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization. This role is an exciting opportunity to operate at the forefront of Data & AI innovation at Visa with direct exposure to senior Product and Technology leaders. This is a hybrid position.
