The Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts will lead and grow FDH Hardware’s OEM Fasteners portfolio by managing high-value customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding long-term strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for account strategy development, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional customer experience and sustained profitability. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with deep OEM sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-site customer relationships.
