Our services span the Enterprise Technology Stack and include business process outsourcing, insurance, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing, and modern workplace solutions Role Overview Our Insurance Life & Wealth Business Process Services (BPS) team is seeking a new colleague to support pricing strategy, financial oversight, and deal governance processes. This remote role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate works effectively with leadership, sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams to drive sustainable growth for our business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing, project accounting, and/or financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency. GAAP acumen is a must. Insurance and BPS experience preferred.
  • Experience with various pricing methodologies (T&M, fixed price, etc.) and ability to support leadership reporting/governance materials.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong communicator who can work independently across geographies and functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role, years of experience in technology, including technical leadership roles
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

Nice To Haves

  • MBA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate costing models for new logo pursuits, renewals, and projects using standardized tools and templates.
  • Assist teams with competitive pricing aligned to our strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial controls are understood and followed.
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand actual performance vs sold model. Highlight variances to drive awareness and course correction on future deals.
