We are looking for a Sr. Manager to lead a critical team within Hyperforce! The team owns and builds services that make the Service Registry product. It owns all aspects of the product - including product roadmap, design, user experience, development and operations. The product is one of the key pieces of how Hyperforce infrastructure is defined and is used by all the Salesforce developers and service owners. The team is involved in some of the major initiatives around Hyperforce including scale as well as the second substrate. Due to the nature of the interaction, the team members have the opportunity to interface with and learn from some of the best architects in Salesforce. Your Impact: Participate in and lead critical architecture discussions and planning, ensuring technical decisions support long-term product success, stability, and scalability Proactively foresee and resolve systemic issues before they impact the experience and security of the product Influence and pave the way for Salesforce developers to safely implement infrastructure changes at scale across multiple cloud substrates. Advocate for technical excellence and guide teams toward resilient, high-quality engineering practices Lead multi-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with peers and leads across the organization to ensure smooth delivery and unified technical direction Act as a multiplier by providing exceptional mentorship, technical guidance, and career development. Empower teams to self-coordinate and maintain high morale. Actively participate in the hiring and interview process to maintain and grow a high-performance engineering culture. Partner closely with architect, developer experience Product Owners (POs), foundational service POs and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with product objectives, define clear priorities, manage tradeoffs, and communicate execution risks Occasionally contribute to deeply technical development tasks to maintain hands-on expertise and provide critical support. Ensure teams are equipped with clear priorities and adequate resources to maintain velocity and deliver committed outcomes Make critical, data-driven decisions that directly contribute to the success and reliability of the product
