  • Provide strategic leadership to managers and staff, setting clear goals, coaching for high performance, and supporting career development while reinforcing Agile mindsets and continuous learning.
  • Drive Agile execution and operational excellence by removing impediments, overseeing daily workflows, ensuring quality and compliance, and using KPIs and sprint data to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Translate organizational strategy into actionable plans, prioritizing initiatives, aligning sprint goals with strategic outcomes, and ensuring the team delivers measurable results.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Operations to refine requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate delivery, and reduce interdepartmental friction.
  • Manage major projects and risks, providing clear communication to leadership, monitoring timelines and scope, escalating issues appropriately, and implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers, supervisors, or multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), including backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams, provide coaching, set goals, and drive accountability.
  • A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale
  • Comfort in pushing the boundaries, ‘hacking’ beyond traditional solutions
  • Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, C#, C++)
  • Experience building and deploying modern services and web applications with quality and scalability
  • Constant drive to learn new technologies such as Angular, React, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams
  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Management, Engineering, or related field) Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
