You will manage the Pages Experience team, building the member and admin facing experiences for Company Pages, Schools, Products, and Services. You will navigate the priorities and strategy of 3 distinct engineering teams and coach the Engineering Manager and Sr technical leaders within the team. You’ll work through all elements of driving outcomes and business results, maintaining trust across the platform, and building a UX foundation that will power our Knowledge, Talent, and Products & Services marketplaces. You’ll partner with others across R&D to understand member needs and create our long term strategy and iterative roadmap to execute against. This role will be based in Mountain View, CA. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
