About The Position

Job Summary Oversees the development and enhancement of general business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiencies by applying process methodologies, documenting requirements, and planning quality assurance protocols. Responsibilities The Professional performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned: • Applying process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc. • Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc. • Planning implementing quality assurance and compliance processes • If applicable: Supporting development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures Additional Information We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, 401K with company contribution, and wellness program.
