Our Sr Manager, Segment Marketing – Medical Device Industry is the strategic, hands-on Marketing leader for AORN’s Medical Device Industry, driving growth of educational, awareness and access-oriented programs and products across institutional and professional audiences. Partnering with the Sr Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Lines of Business (LOB) leaders, and both internal and external Medical Device Industry Sales teams, this role develops and executes integrated, data-driven segment strategies that accelerate acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. Operating within an internal agency model, the Sr Manager leads a high-performing team to deliver multi-channel campaigns, sales enablement, and account-based marketing initiatives aligned to quarterly growth objectives. The role owns the market, customer, consumer behavior, and competitive insights, translating intelligence into clear value propositions, messaging, and strategies that grow AORN’s Medical Device Industry clients. AORN is based in Denver, CO. Our Sr Manager, Segment Marketing – Medical Device Industry will work remotely.
