About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce CRM, for our client. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical strategy and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions, meeting internal client expectations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to drive customer success and satisfaction. Work Arrangement: Expected to be in office a minimum of 3 days/week on-site.

Requirements

  • Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree.
  • Have 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years of experience leading/delivering Salesforce.com projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Have 5+ years of experience managing people, with supervisory control.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of end-of-end Salesforce system delivery from design, development, integration, data migration/loads, transition into production operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or similar Agile certification a plus.
  • Experience working within global, highly matrixed corporate environments a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce.com projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, and 3rd party consulting firms to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Partner with internal business product owners to understand and translate sales, service center, and marketing strategies into Salesforce.com system and process requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommend best practices for Salesforce.com solutions by identifying dependencies on other systems and developing comprehensive solutions for complex problems.
  • Actively participate in client meetings to prove updates on project status, address concerns, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage project risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
