In this role, you will lead the strategic and operational backbone of the sales organization, driving efficiency, alignment, and performance across revenue-generating functions. You will design and manage core sales processes, from territory design and account allocation to quota modeling and performance analytics, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. This position requires both strategic vision and operational execution, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams. You will identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement automation, and develop scalable frameworks that enable leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions.
