About The Position

We are looking for an ambitious Sr. Manager, Sales Operations to join our team. In this role you will own sales operations for Americas Industries Product Specialist and Renewal Specialist. Your mission is to foster coherence and repeatability in our processes. You will be pivotal in advancing the GTM of these role types and integrating AI efficiency into our sales operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience equal in relevance to a sales operations role.
  • Outstanding ability to drive consistency, repeatability, and efficiency in sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to leverage data to influence decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects to drive business impact
  • Strong AI competency

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Operations Managers, ensuring they have the skills to advance to the next level and increase their business impact.
  • Own the cadence and run the business, focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline current sales operations processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve world-class results.
  • Determine key performance indicators and track progress towards ambitious sales targets.
  • Conduct analysis on solution performance and partner with sales leaders to build solution specific action plans to ensure we meet our company goals.
