Define and achieve topline, gross margin and value share ambition by driving Haleon’s pricing and, at times, support PPA strategy in close alignment with the US Pricing & PPA Lead and key stakeholders. The Senior NRM Manager drives value growth for Haleon’s US business by setting the pricing strategy, identifying, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact pricing initiatives that improve net revenue, margin, and pricing efficiency across customers and categories.

Requirements

  • CPG experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG) commercial functions
  • Previous NRM experience highly preferred, including the design and execution of its strategy and pricing levers tied directly to BU financial outcomes to drive profitable growth
  • Experience preferred with critical consumer and shopper analytics such as perceived value studies, conjoint analysis and Circana
  • Hands-on expertise with the US retail landscape, including large-format customers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Drug/Club), omnichannel commerce, and shopper dynamics
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and align cross functional partners, gaining buy-in and navigating highly matrixed organizations
  • The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own Pricing strategy, taking input from Brand Portfolio & Channel strategy: Take input from aligned Channel strategy from SLT, brand portfolio strategy from Marketing on overall strategic direction and translate into thoughtful, multi-year NRM pricing roadmap.
  • Build a pricing, post audit process so the organization can understand how pricing actions are performing inclusive of elasticity forecast and tracking, to determine Unit and revenue moves across the categories, channels and customers.
  • Defines and enforces clear strategic guardrails and execution standards: Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, CS&P and Finance leadership to establish and embed clear pricing and execution standards across customers and categories; ensuring consistent execution
  • Partner with Category GMs, Brand Marketing, R&D etc. to embed NRM strategy and analytics into the innovation process.
  • Responsible for building a process to track and report out competitive pricing moves across Haleon’s categories.
  • Embed pricing strategy into commercial planning cycles & digital tooling: assess KPI performance and diagnose risks/opportunities, ensuring guidance and corrective actions are incorporated into annual planning and commercial processes.
  • Serve as key thought partner to Sales & Brand teams during JBP & Brand planning cycles to ensure NRM is considered a key input.
  • Support the NRM digital and capability team to build out relevant digital tooling considering methodological best practices & consolidating user requirements.
