The successful candidate will be located in either Overland Park, Kansas or Frisco, Texas areas. This role drives company growth and brand awareness through strategic development and implementation in commercial marketing. It leads the creation of strategies and business cases for product innovations and optimizations considering market dynamics and consumer behavior. The role collaborates with internal and external teams to define and execute strategic marketing visions and initiatives. Success is measured by the effectiveness of strategies in capturing market opportunities and influencing senior leadership decisions. The work impacts organizational growth and customer engagement by identifying new solutions and managing strategic projects in a supported environment.
