As Oura continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Sales – Amazon to lead and accelerate our Amazon business across the Americas. This role will be fully responsible for the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of the Amazon Retail channel. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Amazon (1P, Vendor Central preferred) ecosystem , including retail profitability management, operations, onsite visibility levers (digital merchandising and paid search), promotions, supply chain, and cross-functional program influence. This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who brings a strong POV on scaling high-growth consumer brands on Amazon and can partner effectively across internal and external teams to unlock category share and premium brand positioning across the Amazon platform. Preferred location is San Francisco or New York, remote candidates will be considered.
