About The Position

As our Senior Manager, Retail Communication, you will be the driving force behind retail communication and engagement strategies between stores and HQ partners. We are looking for a team player who is excited to help support Vuori’s expansion and how we communicate effectively with our store teams. We are looking for a leader that loves being in stores and is passionate about people, process, and operations. Exceptional communication skills, a growth mindset, and being forward looking and strategic are the keys to this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a retail communication management role focused on field or front-line audiences required.
  • Time in stores, 2+ years in a retail store leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for retail organization(s).
  • Strong ability to influence and a commitment to collaboration across various levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the ability to be agile, and pivot when business objectives change.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using retail communication or task management platforms.
  • Ability to travel to stores, as needed (less than 10%).

Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Connections Be in great relationships with stores, internal partners, and key stakeholders to create alignment and ensure clear, consistent communication across all touchpoints.
  • Own Communication Workflow Manage the full communication process—from intake and writing to review and publishing—ensuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Drive Strategic Messaging and Lead Field Engagement Develop targeted communication and change management plans for major initiatives, product launches, promotions, and other brand priorities. Lead initiatives that inspire and connect field teams—such as newsletters, focus groups, and engagement programs—to strengthen alignment and enthusiasm.
  • Manage the Retail Calendar Oversee intake, prioritization, and scheduling of initiatives and communications to balance workload and support a seamless associate experience.
  • Lead and Optimize Retail Communication Platform Help select and implement Vuori’s retail communication platform which will help streamline operations, task assignment, and reporting across retail teams.
  • Curate and update Vuori’s Internal Resource Library Management Partner with functional owners to maintain accurate and complete repository of policies and procedures and other supporting assets.
  • Serve as Store–HQ Connector Partner with Learning and Development, Inventory Management, Retail Marketing, People and Culture, Product teams, (and more) to share timely and relevant information with stores and ensure two-way communication.
  • Elevate Field Feedback Oversee feedback collection and analysis, identify trends and actionable insights, and share findings with corporate partners to enhance retail strategies and operations.
