This is an outstanding opportunity to guide a dynamic team in West Hills, CA, specializing in antigen/antibody-based assay development and innovation. You will evaluate new technologies, improve existing products, and drive process enhancements. Your contributions will directly contribute to our mission to deliver world-class scientific solutions.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral experience in the discovery and development of diagnostics or therapeutics, or Master’s level education with 8 years of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience.
  • Extensive experience in the development of assays based on antigens and antibodies.
  • Familiarity with chromatography and flow cytometry techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of researchers to develop and innovate antigen/antibody-based assays.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to advance our product offerings.
  • Enhance and improve processes for current products to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate across departments to determine the best strategies for research and development.
  • Provide technical expertise in chromatography, flow cytometry, and protein/cell-based assays.
