The Senior Manager Project Manager for Network Product and Platform department is a strategic leader who supports business prioritization, governance, program delivery, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. The role is critical in ensuring that product and platform programs are aligned with business goals, delivered efficiently, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
  • At least 1 Year of People Management experience

  • Masters / MBA degree
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

  • Business Prioritization and Governance: Review program/project scope to ensure alignment with Network Product & Platforms’ goals and strategic objectives. Manage program/project framework and governance controls to ensure all approvals are collected and documented and risks are captured and mitigated for a program. Ensure program framework process is followed.
  • Program and Project Delivery: Prioritize and align key program milestones with program workstream stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional platform teams to ensure programs/projects are completed in a timely manner. Monitor the progression of key milestones in the Program. Synthesize data from various sources to demonstrate the value of the program/project. Moderate dependency issues and program risks with stakeholders across platform areas.
  • Collaboration, Compliance, Risk, and Reporting: Build cross functional relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate open collaboration, ensure all deliverables meet regulatory and organizational standards and communicate decisions and updates across teams. Escalate to senior leadership program risks or issues affecting major timeline, cost, or scope impacts. Develop and maintain program/project progress reports for executive leadership, to support transparency and informed decision-making. Safeguard that all relevant documents and decisions are saved and accessible for audit and review. Implement change management processes for all programs and maintain enterprise and department-level controls.
