About The Position

The Sr Manager of Product Management at GPC Global Technology Center is responsible for defining and creating innovative products within the Digital Commerce Experience. This role involves leading a talented team to enhance customer experiences across various digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving customer-led solutions. The Sr Manager will oversee product strategy, execution, and team development, focusing on delivering quality products that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Digital Commerce.
• Expertise in the top/mid shopping funnel within the Digital Commerce space.
• Experience leading Product Managers in a modern software development environment.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Strong communication skills to influence team members at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in developing omni-channel digital product discovery.
