Your Role The Platform Strategy & Operations team is focused on optimizing platforms (Salesforce & Pega) solutions and maximizing value across the enterprise. We are leveraging enterprise platforms to help accelerate our transformation program, enable innovation, and help realize our vision for a reimagined healthcare system. Our team works cross-functionally to link our key business strategies and initiatives with our platform roadmaps and day-to-day operations. We are responsible for driving critical business and vendor alignment, defining and executing the enterprise product roadmaps, and maintaining operational excellence.
