About The Position

Every day, our Homepage and Navigation experiences serve as the digital front door to the world's most customer-centric company, connecting customers to their next purchase, discovery, or Amazon service worldwide. As a Manager of Product Management for Amazon's Homepage and Navigation, you'll lead a team of product managers responsible for defining and delivering the experiences that shape first impressions and guide customer journeys. Reporting to the Director of Homepage and Navigation, you'll own key areas of the product roadmap for personalized homepage experiences that seamlessly connect customers to everything Amazon has to offer - from everyday essentials to Prime Video premieres, new device launches to services like Healthcare. This role sits at the intersection of personalization technology, large-scale distributed systems, and customer obsession. You'll partner with world-class engineering teams managing tier-1 platforms while developing and mentoring a high-performing product team. Requirements

  • 6+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Homepage and Navigation features
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to deliver customer-centric innovations
  • Own key business metrics including conversion, customer satisfaction, engagement, etc. for your product areas
  • Partner with engineering, design, and science teams to deliver high-quality experiences at scale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product priorities with broader Amazon goals
  • Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions through data analysis and customer research
  • Manage competing priorities and make trade-off decisions to maximize customer and business impact

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
  • The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market.
  • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
