About the Team We are reimagining the gateway to Capital One. As the Senior Product Manager for Allspice, you will define the strategic vision for the platform that determines how millions of people interact with our brand. You will leverage real-time data to architect the intersection between complex backend decisioning and seamless, omni-channel customer experiences. As the strategic lead for our offer ecosystem, you will spearhead the modernization of our technology stack, integrating AI and machine learning to drive enterprise-scale decisioning. We are looking for a product leader who can navigate the ambiguity of large-scale transformations and build resilient, scalable solutions that support a diverse portfolio of products. Allspice is the catalyst that enables our business to rapidly innovate, test, and scale card products. In this role, you will set the multi-year roadmap for our core capabilities, partnering with senior engineering and marketing leaders to unlock new use cases and ensure Capital One remains at the absolute forefront of fintech innovation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Responsibilities

  • Lead our offers modernization effort - spearheading the future of offers at Capital One
  • Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, prioritizing, capability delivery, and product roll-out strategy
  • Continually drive to understand customer needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
  • Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to learn about hypotheses
  • Direct world-class engineering teams to build high-availability, real-time systems that process millions of offers a year
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders who manage the downstream operations and processes that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms
  • Act as the primary architect for platform strategy at the intersection of data, design, and technology
