About the Team The Card Conversion and Core Integration team is central to the Discover Card Integration. This product leadership role will play a central role in the conversion and integration of Discover’s credit card accounts to Capital One. This role requires a leader who can bring both technical product management skills combined with analytical rigor and judgment to drive horizontal conversion strategy for major components of the Discover conversion and also create clear vision for the longer-term integrated Discover destination and associated capabilities. Success in the role will require building close strategic and operating relationships with a broad set of partners and stakeholders, including leaders in the legacy Discover as well as across both Capital One Card and Enterprise organizations. The expectation is the leader will build and maintain a highly engaged, high-performing team through a combination of talent development and recruiting. They will lead a direct team of two Product Managers and three matrixed Product Managers in support of critical deliverables.
