This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration to aid in the development and execution of the company's pricing and packaging strategy. This person will develop and maintain pricing processes to bring new products to market, analyze current monetization performance, identify corrective action, and drive change management when needed. A successful person will have a varied skillset consisting of product knowledge, business strategy, customer and market insights, data analytics, communication, and influence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, MBA preferred.
  • Software business or pricing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Platforms
  • Strong analysis skills using analytical tools such as Excel and SQL
  • Effective in communicating complex ideas or concepts in a clear, concise, and understandable manner across different levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to work in a structured/ systematic way.
  • Self-starter who is proactive and motivated with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Word expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a consistent, comprehensive pricing and packaging process that promotes cross-organizational collaboration, which will maximize knowledge sharing, delivering best-in-class products and services.
  • Translate pricing strategy into executable plans, work closely with Product Management, Deal Desk, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Create a cadence and reporting structure that reviews, tracks, and measures KPI performance, identifying actionable items and change management throughout business operations processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and translate into plans that are ready for executive approvals.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Channel partner teams to understand sales motion, use cases, and customer feedback to maximize customer value, reduce sales cycle times, and drive profitability.
  • Drive up-sell/cross-sell, promotional, and bundling opportunities that simultaneously address demand and organizational strategic targets.
