Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr. Manager, Performance & Media Analytics to join the Burger King Marketing Team based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for supporting our national marketing strategy, through analyzing our sales, product, media, and consumer insights data across business segments. Key position requirements include strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and presentation skills. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of analytics, marketing, finance or consulting experience.
  • Proficient in the manipulation and analysis of data
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present marketing presentations.
  • Must be advanced with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook.
  • Ideal candidate will also have proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Snowflake/AWS/Databricks
  • Ideal candidate will also have relevant experience with statistical modeling (Forecasting, Clustering, Media Mix, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base
  • Assess promotional activity, including topline, product mix, guest segmentation and geographic results using internal and third-party software
  • Analyze competitor data including guest segmentation, product mix, daypart, geographic and service mode insights
  • Generate ideas for market test and national calendar implementation to drive results
  • Lead BK media mix modeling efforts to understand media performance and attribution efforts to provide more frequent and granular insights on media performance
  • Assess performance of media tests and national windows
  • Generate ideas to for media tests and national media strategy
  • Derive insights, generate strategies, and present to leadership
