We are seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead Avid’s global paid media strategy and execution, with a strong focus on driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth and supporting foundational B2B programs through ABM-driven paid channels. This highly hands-on role requires deep expertise managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, affiliate networks, and native advertising platforms—with additional experience (or a strong willingness to learn) in running B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and 6sense as part of our ABX strategy. You’ll own campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting—executing independently at first while building the foundation for future team expansion. Success means scaling paid programs efficiently and driving measurable results across both B2C and B2B segments.
