About The Position

The Senior Manager, Operational Excellence – Corporate, is responsible for leading enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement (CI) governance and delivering measurable EBITDA impact across ADDMAN’s multi-site manufacturing network. This high-impact individual contributor role serves as the central owner of CI strategy, standardization, and execution, ensuring a consistent, results-driven approach to operational performance improvement. This position has no direct reports but requires strong influence across site leadership and cross-functional teams. Approximately 25% of the role focuses on building and governing the CI system, while the remaining 75% involves hands-on leadership of high-value initiatives that drive cost reduction, throughput improvement, and EBITDA expansion. This role is subject to ITAR requirements and is open only to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents). CI Governance & Enterprise Leadership (~25%) · Establish and maintain ADDMAN’s enterprise CI governance model, including standard methodologies, reporting cadences, and accountability structures. · Define, track, and report the CI project pipeline with clear financial impact (target: $5M annual EBITDA improvement). · Deploy standardized CI tools, playbooks, and operating mechanisms (Lean, Six Sigma, Daily Management, Visual Controls) across all sites. · Lead weekly and monthly CI operating reviews with site leaders, ensuring alignment on project status, risks, and financial outcomes. · Champion a continuous improvement culture, ensuring each site maintains an active, financially impactful project funnel. · Partner with Finance to validate savings and ensure CI initiatives translate to realized EBITDA improvements. · Set clear expectations for site-level CI ownership, including project prioritization and execution discipline. Hands-On Project Execution (~75%) · Lead large-scale, high-impact CI initiatives targeting at least $250K EBITDA improvement per project. · Conduct operational diagnostics, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions across cost, throughput, quality, and lead time. · Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods (DMAIC, Kaizen, A3, etc.). · Collaborate directly with manufacturing and back-office teams to drive execution and ensure adoption of improvements. · Build sustainability through standardization, training, and follow-up mechanisms. · Operate as a “player-coach,” balancing strategic oversight with direct, hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to translate operational improvements into financial impact (EBITDA, cost savings, cash flow).
  • Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority and influence multi-site teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and operational data.
  • Experience designing and managing CI governance systems and operating rhythms.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • High degree of comfort in fast-paced, transformation-oriented environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar cost savings and EBITDA improvements.
