About The Position

As our Senior Manager of Revenue Systems, you will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of the systems, processes, and data that power our go-to-market teams. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving cross-functional challenges, and wants to help build the operational foundation of a high-growth SaaS business. You will serve as a senior technical and strategic leader, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure our GTM tech stack is scalable, integrated, and optimized to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, Business Systems, or similar technical GTM operations roles.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, automation, and partnering on Apex-related enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Hands-on experience integrating systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking models.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, move quickly, and design scalable systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM Tech Stack
  • Administer, enhance, and maintain core GTM systems including Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud), HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft and ZoomInfo.
  • Design and manage Salesforce configuration, including advanced automation, data modeling, and Apex code review/coordination.
  • Integrate GTM tools using native integrations, APIs, and ETL frameworks to create a unified, reliable data ecosystem.
  • Implement and operationalize AI capabilities across the GTM tech stack to drive automation and insights.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new GTM software tools that enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Build & Optimize GTM Processes
  • Design, implement, and improve key revenue processes, including lead routing, qualification, opportunity management, onboarding, renewals, and expansion workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align workflows end-to-end and eliminate friction across the funnel.
  • Establish scalable, well-documented operational frameworks that support rapid growth.
  • Drive Reporting & Insights
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the funnel, providing clear visibility into performance, pipeline, efficiency, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Combine data from complex and disparate systems to create a single source of truth for GTM teams.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and functional stakeholders.
