About The Position

This role provides a high-impact opportunity to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring operational continuity and delivering measurable value. You will oversee all aspects of integration planning, project execution, and synergy realization, collaborating closely with executives, functional leaders, and acquired teams. This position allows you to shape and scale the Integration Management Office (IMO), standardize best practices, and drive efficiency across multiple business functions. You will have responsibility for cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and process improvement, while capturing lessons learned to strengthen future acquisitions. With high visibility and direct access to senior leadership, this role empowers you to influence strategy, create tangible results, and support the growth of an expanding organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project and program management, management consulting, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead complex PMOs, ideally in industrial services, logistics, or automotive aftermarket industries.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating across executive and operational teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with leading project management tools and techniques.
  • Highly motivated, self-propelling, calm under pressure, and capable of driving impact in high-profile initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, partnering with executives and functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Scale and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO), delivering consistent, best-in-class integration practices.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to align execution and maintain business continuity.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support development, implementation, and continuous refinement of integration playbooks, tools, and templates.
  • Track and report on financial and operational synergies, identifying additional value creation opportunities.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices to enhance future integration processes.
