Reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Sales , this role will own the development and execution of retail sales strategy across North America, serving as the primary driver of performance, retailer partnerships, and in-market execution. This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded retail leader who can both set direction and roll up their sleeves—translating brand and business goals into actionable retail plans that deliver results at shelf and online, in a fast-paced environment.
