Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with significant FP&A responsibility
6+ years of proven leadership experience
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and long-range planning
Advanced analytical skills and experience with financial statement analysis
Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing diverse teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience with digital reporting tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI) and internal/external audit processes
Legall authorized to work in job posting country

Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting and analysis for Midstream operations, focusing on total operating cost, transportation, and long-haul results
Develop and coordinate JV and partner budgets, and lead quarterly/annual financial meetings
Supervise and mentor the FP&A team, setting clear objectives and driving high performance
Lead economic analyses, including competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, and capital additions
Prepare long-term profit/loss forecasts and facilitate management review of capital appropriations and expansion strategies
Provide specialist advice on financial policies, procedures, and complex queries
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust internal control environment
Manage risk management processes and contribute to policy development
Lead special projects such as divestitures, acquisitions, and operational effectiveness reviews
Build strong partnerships across finance, operations, and external stakeholders
Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact
