As the Sr. Manager, FP&A for Midstream Operations, you'll be the strategic finance leader for a dynamic business unit, overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with significant FP&A responsibility
  • 6+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with financial statement analysis
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience with digital reporting tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI) and internal/external audit processes
  • Legall authorized to work in job posting country

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis for Midstream operations, focusing on total operating cost, transportation, and long-haul results
  • Develop and coordinate JV and partner budgets, and lead quarterly/annual financial meetings
  • Supervise and mentor the FP&A team, setting clear objectives and driving high performance
  • Lead economic analyses, including competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, and capital additions
  • Prepare long-term profit/loss forecasts and facilitate management review of capital appropriations and expansion strategies
  • Provide specialist advice on financial policies, procedures, and complex queries
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust internal control environment
  • Manage risk management processes and contribute to policy development
  • Lead special projects such as divestitures, acquisitions, and operational effectiveness reviews
  • Build strong partnerships across finance, operations, and external stakeholders
  • Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact
